New immigrants who have registered their marriage to a Taipei City resident and have already reunited in Taiwan, come to Taiwan as a dependent, or settled in Taiwan and have basic Chinese conversation ability (applicants who have been in Taiwan for less than 3 years or who have not participated in multicultural classes organized by the Department of Civil Affairs will have priority. If there are spots left, registration will be opened to new immigrants from other counties and cities)● Time: Apr. 23 - May 7 (every Monday from 9:00 to 15:00; every Wednesday from 9:00 to 12:00).
