2019 Water Lantern Festival ended successfully on Nov. 17 at the Chengmei Left Bank Riverside Park Rainbow Bridge. At the festival, adults and children, and couples and friends seized the opportunity and made their own DIY floating lantern. During sunset they took the floating lanterns and released them at the Xikou Wharf. Beautiful water lanterns carried the wishes of their makers and slowly float towards a happy future.
