On September 21, Ms. Qiong-Kuan brought this lively Filipino spirit to the Wanhua New Immigrant Center, allowing participants to deeply experience the rich culture of this island nation. Participants made their own unique shell bracelets, danced to the rhythm of the traditional bamboo dance, and enjoyed sweet banana rolls—experiencing the warmth and charm of Filipino culture firsthand.
