Beitou District Office – Baking Workshop for Beginners Registration Opens at 10:00 AM on February 24 (2–7)
The course includes seven practical bread-baking modules and three practical pastrymodules, covering items such as red bean sweet bread, custard creampuffs, and bakedpudding. The curriculum is carefully designed to align with key topics and practical techniques required for professional certification examinations. Under the guidance of professional instructors and through hands-on practice, participants will progressively build solid foundational skills and develop professional baking competencies. The workshop is open to 20 participants, with new immigrant residents warmlyencouraged to register.
