The National Immigration Agency (NIA), Ministry of the Interior, offers free digital skills courses for new immigrants. For course inquiries and registration assistance, please call the Course Service Hotline at 0800-005-788, where dedicated staff are available to assist new immigrants.

Eligible new immigrants may also borrow a tablet or laptop free of charge. To make a reservation, call the Free Laptop and Tablet Loan Service Hotline at 0800-030-068, or visit any of the Agency's 25 service centers to apply. Once your application is approved, the device will be delivered directly to your home by courier. Borrowers will also receive unlimited 4G mobile internet access throughout the loan period.

Applicants from low-income households, lower-middle-income households, families in special circumstances, or households with family members with disabilities will receive priority access to the loan service.
