whole-of-society mental health resilience (2025-2030) (10-15)
Since 2010, the Ministry of Health and Welfare has been advancing mental health policies nationwide. After completing two phases of the Mental Health Program (2013–2016 and 2017–2021), the Ministry will launch the Whole-of-Society Mental Health Resilience Program (2025–2030). Working through six key strategies and close collaboration among central and local governments, the initiative seeks to build stronger psychological resilience across the population by improving resource allocation, prevention, healthcare services, and crisis management.
