Wanhua District Office to host 2021 New Immigrant Southeastern Asian Cuisine Culture Class between Mar. 1 and Apr. 2 (1-7)

The class plans to introduce famous Southeastern Asian cuisines, including Singapore’s Hainanese chicken rice, Vietnamese chagio (Vietnamese fried spring rolls), Yunnan style rice noodles, Burmese and Indian flatbreads, and Indonesian noodles with shredded chicken. The instructor will also introduce the use of lemongrass, and show the differences of similar seasonings, such as turmeric verse ginger, and basil verse Thai holy basil. Learn everything about Southeastern Asian cuisines in one class!
Time: every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 13:30 to 16:30 between Mar. 1 and Apr. 2, 2021 (15 classes, 45 class hours)
