To encourage young people in Taipei City to engage with global issues and participateininternational service, the 2026 Overseas Volunteer Program has been established. Through cross-cultural exchange and diverse service initiatives, the programaims tobroaden youths’ international perspectives, strengthen their sense of social responsibility, and enhance their participation in public affairs.

I. Eligibility

(1).Applicants must be nationals of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and, at the time of

application, be registered as residents of Taipei City, or currently studying or workinginTaipei City.

(2).Applicants must be at least 15 years old and under 46 years old by the applicationdeadline. (3).Applicants should demonstrate enthusiasm for service, a cooperative teamspirit, anda willingness to participate in short-term overseas volunteer service. II. Program Information

Service Focus Areas: Educational support, cultural exchange, health promotion, andcampus environment improvement.

Service Countries: Vietnam, Thailand, and Philippines. Team Structure: One team per country, with approximately ten volunteers per team(including a media documentation volunteer).
