The Da'an District Office is offering three courses for new immigrants. Course information is as follows: 1. Leather Craft Workshop Participants will learn the basics of leather crafting, including the use of leather tools, leather care, color finishing, and pattern embossing techniques. The course also includes hands-on projects to create a leather keychain and a leather earbud case. Summer Mosquito Protection – Mosquito-Repellent Plant Workshop Participants will learn about commonly used mosquito-repellent herbs and plants, including plant care, pruning, and cultivation techniques. Each participant will create a mosquito-repellent potted plant and a natural mugwort mosquito-repellent stick. Herbal Defense: Traditional Herbal Mosquito Repellent Workshop This course introduces commonly used mosquito-repellent herbs and essential oils from different countries. Participants will make their own herbal mosquito-repellent sachet, balm, and spray while learning practical mosquito prevention techniques for the summer.
