The Skill Evaluation Center of the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor will accept applications for the 2026 Second Round of the National Technician Skills Test from April 24 to May 5, 2026.

1. Dual Application Methods Available

This year, both paper-based and online applications are available. A new National Technician Skills Test Online Registration System has been launched with a paperless design. Applicants are no longer required to print application forms or related documents. Simply click “Submit” to complete the online application process. Applicants are encouraged to make full use of the online system.

3. Purchase of Paper Application Forms

(1) Convenience Store Purchase:

Application brochures/forms are available at FamilyMart stores nationwide during the sales period.

Please note that there are two types of skill test brochures sold at FamilyMart:

● White packaging: National Technician Skills Test

● Brown kraft-paper packaging: On-site Testing, Evaluation, and Certification Skills Test

Please pay special attention when purchasing.

(2) Convenience Store Pre-order:

Pre-orders can be made through the FamiPort kiosk at FamilyMart stores 7 days before the official sales period.

(3) Bulk or Individual Purchase:

Forms can also be purchased from the Skill Evaluation Center service counter, designated brochure sales points in each city/county, or by contacting the National Technician Skills Test Mail-in Application Collection Center. 4. Application Processing Unit

Applications are handled by the Technological and Vocational Education Entrance Examination Center Foundation (Address: No. 123-5, Sec. 3, University Rd., Douliu City, Yunlin County)

5. Written Examination Date

The academic written examination (including practical test categories administered in a written, non-multiple-choice format on the same day) is scheduled for July 15, 2026.
