2025 New Immigrants' European Floral Design Course The Neihu District Office of Taipei City will hold the “2025 European Floral Design Course for New Immigrants” on June 6 (Friday) and June 13 (Friday), from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the Neihu Citizens' Assembly Hall (No. 342, Section 2, Neihu Rd., Neihu District, Taipei City). This course offers participants an opportunity to learn about plants, connect with nature, and integrate floral design into everyday life. We welcome new immigrant friends to register.
