Sexually transmitted infections (STD) Classroom: Clearing Up HIV Misconceptions (12-6)
Since 2018, the number of newly reported HIV cases nationwide has continued to decline. However, the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) has shown an upward trend in recent years. In response, the Kunming Prevention Center of Taipei City Hospital has produced the “STD Classroom” animation series to promote sexual health education. Through engaging and easy-to-understand animations, the series teaches proper condom use, clears up HIV misconceptions, and introduces common STD symptoms and prevention tips—helping everyone learn about sexual health in a relaxed way.
