The Baking & Cooking Club at Zhongshan Girls' High School is a warm and creative space where students passionate about baking and delicious food come together. Here, we learn to prepare a wide range of Chinese and Western-style desserts, as well as classic Taiwanese dishes such as Pearl Meat Ball and Stir-fired Rice Noodles. We believe that the joy of baking comes from using your own hands to create something amazing. Here, you’ll not only learn practical skills, but also experience the happiness and pride that come with every delicious bite. Join us, and discover just how fun (and tasty!) learning can be.

Every Thursday, our club comes to life with the smell of something delicious in the air! Guided by our amazing instructors, members team up for hands-on sessions where we learn everything from the basics of baking to more advanced cooking techniques. In addition to weekly lessons, we also collaborate with other clubs for joint workshops and participate in cooking competitions, providing valuable opportunities for students to exchange ideas and grow together. At the end of each semester, the club hosts a

presentation event, inviting teachers, parents, and friends to taste the dishes prepared by our members, serving as a wonderful conclusion to a fruitful semester.

What makes our club truly special is how welcoming it is—we happily invite anyone who’s curious about baking, even if you’ve never touched an oven before! Everyone gets to learn at their own pace, and we love seeing members explore their creativity and come up with their own unique treats.

But it’s not just about food. Our club is also like a big, friendly family. We help each other out, cheer each other on, and build lasting friendships through every whisk, stir, and shared bite.
