The HSNU Club Conference is one of the student self-governing organizations at the Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University. While it is not a club itself, it exists to serve the clubs; its members come from different clubs, yet they come together when needed. If the Student Association is regarded as the body that represents students’ voices, the Club Conference functions as the bridge between the school and its clubs. 

Every year, the HSNU Club Conference hosts four major events: the Freshmen Orientation Performance, the Club Fair, the Anniversary Gala, and the Club Exhibition. At the Freshmen Orientation, clubs collaborate to put on a three-hour showcase for incoming students. The Club Fair offers freshmen their first opportunity to interact directly with clubs. In April, the Anniversary Gala marks the school’s founding with performances from a variety of clubs. Those not performing in the gala still have the chance to present themselves through the Club Exhibition. 

To carry out these responsibilities, the HSNU Club Conference has a clear internal structure. In addition to the President and Vice President, six divisions—Events, Public Relations, Secretariat, General Affairs, Design and Promotion, and Club Affairs—work together in close collaboration.

Events Team: Organizes the four major annual events and coordinates the needs of different clubs. 

Public Relations Team: Contacts external vendors, seeks sponsorships, and manages the Conference’s social media accounts. 

Secretariat Team: Handles venue reservations, requests for official leave, and prepares meeting minutes. 

General Affairs Team: Manages budgets and membership fees. 

Design and Promotion Team: Responsible for graphic design, souvenirs, and coordinating with vendors for production. 

Club Affairs Team: Advocates for club rights with the school and mediates any issues among clubs. 

These tasks provide experiences that members would not gain by simply joining a single club. At the same time, members continue to participate actively in their own clubs, balancing Conference responsibilities with an engaging and colorful high school life. Joining the HSNU Club Conference offers a unique and rewarding experience.
