A. (1) Post-marital and pre-pregnancy health check-up: A husband or wife registered in Taipei City who is married but has not given birth to their first child. (2) Down syndrome screening for pregnant women (choose one subsidy for the first or second term): Pregnant women registered in Taipei City.

2. Inspection methods

(1) Post-marital and pre-pregnancy health examination: Husbands and wives who want to be examined, regardless of gender, should go to the obstetrics and gynecology clinics of various campuses of our hospital. When checking in, inform the outpatient nursing staff, fill in the supporting documents and submit the certificates.

(2) Maternal blood screening for Down syndrome in pregnant women: When pregnant women come to our hospital for prenatal check-ups, the doctor will issue a test form, fill in relevant subsidy documents and hand over their certificates, and then our hospital will arrange blood tests first. (1) Taipei City Support for Families in Special Situations (Victims of Domestic Violence in Article 4, Item 1, Paragraph 3)

1. Subsidy items: emergency living assistance, children's living allowance, child care allowance, children's education allowance, injury and illness medical allowance, legal litigation allowance and business loan allowance.

2. Subsidy qualifications:

(1) Registered in Taipei City, and lived in the country for more than 183 days in the last year. However, first-time applicants are not subject to the minimum number of days of residence in the previous country. New residents who register their marriage with citizens of the city where they are registered and actually live in the city are not subject to registration restrictions before they obtain the nationality of their home country.

(2) Victims of domestic violence who comply with Article 4, Paragraph 1, Paragraph 3 of these Regulations.

(3) The total household income is evenly distributed according to the family members, and each person’s monthly consumption does not exceed 1.5 times the average monthly consumption expenditure per person in Taiwan announced for the year, and the family property does not exceed a certain amount announced by the central competent authority.

3. Application deadline for each subsidy: The date of acceptance of application shall be determined by the postmark on the day the application form is submitted or the receipt stamp of this bureau.

(1) Emergency living assistance: An application should be submitted within 6 months after the occurrence of the circumstances in Paragraph 1 of Article 4 of this Ordinance (if you suffer domestic violence on April 20, 2020, you must apply before October 20, 2020 submit application).

(2) Extension of emergency living assistance: An application should be submitted to the counseling unit before the expiration of the emergency living assistance subsidy.

(3) Child care subsidy: Application should be submitted within 6 months after the child is actually placed in child care institution.

(4) Legal litigation subsidy: Application should be made within 6 months from the filing of the lawsuit to the finalization of the court judgment.

(2) Taipei City Domestic Violence Victims Subsidy

1. Subsidy items: Injury medical treatment, psychological rehabilitation, resettlement and accommodation, house rent and necessary living expenses. If there is no responsible social worker, if necessary, another person will be sent to visit and evaluate the case, and the case must be reviewed and determined by the city's home defense center.

2. Subsidy qualifications:

(1) Citizens registered in Taipei City.

3. Application deadline for various subsidies:

(1) Injury examination and medical expenses: Submit within 3 months of each domestic violence incident (if you suffered domestic violence on April 20, 2020, you must apply before July 20, 2020).

(2) Psychological rehabilitation expenses: Apply within 3 months after treatment.

(3) Resettlement and accommodation costs: The family defense center determines that immediate accommodation is needed.

(4) House rent and necessary living expenses: should be submitted within 2 years after the fact of domestic violence occurs, and house rent should be submitted within 3 months from the date of the fact of renting a house.

(1) Under the age of 65, his or her spouse is dead or missing and has not been found for more than 6 months after being reported to the police.

(2) Due to malicious abandonment by the spouse or abuse by the spouse who cannot live together, the divorce has been confirmed by judgment or the divorce has been completed by agreement.

(3) Victimization of domestic violence.

(4) Unmarried women, from more than 3 months of pregnancy to within 2 months of delivery.

(5) Due to divorce, widowhood, unmarried childbirth, raising children under the age of 18 alone, or raising grandchildren under the age of 18 whose parents are unable to support them, they are unable to work, or although they are able to work, they suffer from serious injuries or take care of children under 6 years old. The children are unable to work.

(6) The spouse has been sentenced to imprisonment for more than 1 year or to security measures that restrict personal freedom for more than 1 year and is currently serving the sentence.

(7) According to the assessment of this bureau, the applicant suffers from living and financial difficulties due to major life changes within 3 months, and the major changes are not due to personal responsibility, debt, involuntary unemployment, etc.

2. The total household income of the applicant in 2012 did not exceed 35,270 yuan per person per month, and the average household property did not exceed 570,396 yuan per person, and the real estate of the entire household did not exceed 6.5 million yuan.

5. Matters not covered shall be handled in accordance with the Social Assistance Law, the Implementation Rules of the Social Assistance Law, and Taipei City’s regulations on living assistance for low-income households and investigation and review of low-income households and low- and middle-income households.

3. Emergency rescue:

1. Those who meet one of the following conditions:

(1) The people living in the household suffer accidental injuries or become seriously ill, causing their lives to fall into difficulty.

(2) Those who are responsible for the main livelihood of the family are unemployed, missing, must be drafted into the camp for military service or alternative service, imprisoned to serve a sentence, detained for a crime, detained in accordance with the law, or for other reasons, are unable to work and are in trouble.

(3) The property or deposit account cannot be used in time due to enforcement, freezing or other reasons, causing life to be in trouble.

(4) You have applied for welfare projects or insurance benefits, but your life is in trouble before they are approved.

2. Those who can apply for emergency relief in accordance with paragraphs 2 to 5 of Article 21 of the Social Assistance Law shall have priority in applying for emergency relief funds in the city in the name of each household. 2. New residents who apply for living assistance, medical subsidies and emergency assistance before registering must meet the following requirements:
