In response to the increasing new immigrant population in Taipei City and to enhance services for them, the Director of the Taipei City New Immigrant Family Service Center and a cultural lecturer from the United States were specially invited to engage in multicultural exchanges with frontline service personnel from the district offices and household registration offices across Taipei. This effort seeks to make services for new immigrants more friendly and inclusive.
