From March 19 th to April 23rd, 2024, the Shilin District Office in Taipei City held a special horticultural therapy course for new immigrants at the Yixin District Community Activity Center. This course aimed to help our new immigrant friends connect with nature through planting and various activities. It encouraged them to find joy in nature, explore their inner selves, and share life experiences, fostering a deeper connection between people and the natural world. Through this experience, participants not only enjoyed the beauty of nature but also learned about resilience and the importance of community.
