For counseling at the Mental Health Centers and Health Service Centers: If you're experiencing psychological distress or facing interpersonal, social, or workplace issues and would like to speak with a psychologist or counselor, please visit any of the twelve district health service centers or mental health centers. These centers provide counseling services. Taipei City Hospital system psychiatric outpatient clinics and affiliated mental health centers: Psychiatric outpatient services are available at various Taipei City Hospital campuses, as well as at National Chengchi University and mental health centers.
