Ming Chuan University Department of Public Affairs professor Chen Chin-chun helped new-immigrant families, new-immigrant groups, public servants, and Taipei City residents who care about new-immigrant issues to understand proposal procedures and proposed plausible programs.

During the meeting, new immigrants proposed five programs from the discussion: New-Immigrant Services in Communities, Dance for A Wonderful Life, I Want Suitable Work, New-Immigrant Parent-Child Cultural and Recreational Activities, and Diverse Courses.
