I.When receiving a notice of violation of various environmental laws and regulations,

if there are doubts about the content of the citation, individuals can submit a statement

of opinion using the provided fax or mailing information on the notice. This should be

sent to the Environmental Inspection Division. Upon receipt, they will assess the

statement of opinion and determine whether further action is necessary. If

enforcement is still warranted, a formal decision letter on the violation of

environmental laws and a payment slip will be sent according to administrative

procedures.

II.Upon receiving a formal decision letter on the violation of various environmental

laws and a payment slip, individuals can pay the fine through the following methods:

1.Use a smartphone or computer to pay the fine through PAY.TAIPEI. The platform

also offers credit card payment services. If third-party payment is not preferred, credit

card payment is available.

2.Pay via bank transfer using the ATM account number provided on the payment slip.

3.Visit convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK Mart), post offices, or

Taipei Fubon Bank branches with the payment slip to settle the fine.
