If the bike is not retrieved within 30 seconds of swiping your card, the docking station will relock the bike and the transaction will be canceled. We recommend that if you decide not to proceed with the rental, you first unlock the bike and then return it following the normal process. This ensures the bike is properly locked and avoids any disputes. Please also pay attention to the information displayed on the terminal screen. Make sure to check the bike terminal screen for the "Return Successful" message, then tap your card again. This will complete the transaction with a zero charge. Once the screen displays the "Amount Deducted" and "Card Balance," the return is finalized. Always verify the bike is locked before leaving to avoid any misunderstandings, such as the bike being taken by another user, which could result in additional fees or disputes over a lost bike.
For any further questions during the rental process, please contact the 1999 Citizen Hotline at extension 5855, or call 02-8978-8822 (regular charges apply) for assistance.
