1.If a passenger enters the station by tapping their ticket but hasn't boarded a train
within 5 minutes and requests a refund, a single journey ticket can be refunded. For
stored value cards, the entry and exit codes can be changed free of charge. Passengers
should exit through the staff gate. If they wish to re-enter the station, they will need to
purchase another ticket or tap their card again.
2.Restroom Borrowing: When individuals need to use the restrooms within the paid
area of the station, or when passengers require the use of restrooms outside the paid
area during their journey, they can contact station staff for assistance.
