Neihu District Office organized a Class C Chinese Noodle Processing Certification

Course for new immigrants from March 12 to April 30, 2024. The course covered the

production of Crispy (Oil) Skin and Cake (Paste) Skin. The objective of the course

was to develop practical skills in Chinese noodle making for new immigrants and to

guide them in obtaining the Class C technician certification, thereby helping them

acquire a skill to enter the job market.

In addition to the specialized training course, a recruitment briefing was held in

collaboration with the Neihu Employment Service Station. This provided participants

with various employment information, helping them gain a better understanding of

job market requirements and conditions.
