On July 7, 2024, the Shilin New Immigrants’ Hall invited Filipino lecturer Mr./Mrs. Chen Ci Zhi to share aspects of Filipino culture. The event included an introduction to vibrant traditional Filipino attire and the iconic Jeepney. The session concluded with participants making the popular Filipino dessert, Halo-Halo, under the lecturer's guidance.
