The course includes guided tours by professional instructors, taking participants on a deep dive into the historical and cultural landmarks of the Beidatong ‘Dalongdong’ area. Through these walking tours and shared experiences, participants will expand their horizons and develop a deeper appreciation for the area's rich and diverse cultural heritage.

The walking tour will introduce the outcomes of the district's participatory budgeting projects, allowing participants to experience firsthand the results of citizen involvement in city government policies. This aims to encourage participants to join the ranks of those proposing participatory budgeting projects. Additionally, through the guidance of professional instructors and the teaching provided by specialty stores in Dadaocheng, the course enhances the daily life skills of new residents and the second generation of immigrants, deepens their understanding of multiculturalism and local industry features, and fosters bonds of friendship and community.
