Grow the Taipei Tastes

Songshan Tobacco Factory used to have a boiler room, which transfer the heat needed for cigarette making, bathrooms and kitchens through pipelines, it seemed the staff would be in the large dining hall at lunch time, waiting for delicious dishes to be served on the table. It's been a long time, but this time, through our past memory and imagination, once again, the heat of the boiler room is used to serve the Taipei Table Cuisine after Cultural Integration. The imagination table indicates the importance of taste and cuisine to the land.

Surrounding the big tree describes the deep roots of new immigrants in Taipei over time, and the round table illustrates the co-prosperity of the ethnic integration.
