2019 Taipei Wanhua District Office New-Immigrant Culinary Class (April 8)

The culinary class was held between March 4 and April 8 in Wanhua Community College. Twenty students registered for the class. This class is the first ever collaboration between Wanhua District and Wanhua Community College. Chinese cuisine chef taught a total of 32 home dishes throughout the class. The course was designed based on Level C Technician for Chinese Culinary Test. The course is also designed with the intention to help new immigrants to learn a skill and improve their chance for employment.
