I. In-Person Application: Pregnant women can prepare the necessary documents and apply in person at Taipei City Maternity Taxi 2U partner medical institutions, district health centers in the 12 administrative districts, district office social affairs divisions, social welfare centers, as well as at 11 women and new immigrant centers. Once the application is submitted, the processing office will stamp the 'applied' seal and office seal on the table of contents page of the Maternity Health Handbook.
