III. Can this subsidy be applied for in conjunction with other subsidies provided by other regulations? The subsidy items in the Domestic Violence Victim Assistance cannot be granted with other subsidies of the same nature received in the same period under different laws. For example:

A. If an applicant has already received subsidies in the same month, such as the Elderly Shelter and Housing Placement Subsidy, Care and Support Assistance for Individuals with Disabilities, or Women’s Shelter and Housing Placement Subsidy Subsidy (all related to shelters and housing placement), they are not eligible to receive the housing placement expense subsidy under the Domestic Violence Victim Assistance program in that same month.

B. If an applicant has already received assistance such as Low-income Household Living Assistance, Immediate Care Emergency Aid, Emergency Aid, or Emergency Living Assistance for Families in Hardship (all related to living assistance), they are not eligible to receive house rent and living assistance under the Domestic Violence Victim Assistance program in the same month.
