1. Event Period: January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024

2. Eligibility: Nationals with household registration in Taiwan who hold a Taiwanese passport and travel abroad during the event period can qualify for the raffle by completing "Overseas Travel Registration" via the Bureau of Consular Affairs (BOCA) LINE Official Account either before departure or during their travels abroad. ◎ Note: Due to the nature of the Overseas Travel Registration service, registration can only be completed before departure or while abroad; it cannot be done retroactively after returning to Taiwan.

3. Monthly Prizes:

• First Prize: NT$5,000 Benefit Xpress Voucher (2 winners)

• Second Prize: NT$2,000 Benefit Xpress Voucher (3 winners)

• Third Prize: NT$1,000 Benefit Xpress Voucher (5 winners)

• Fourth Prize: Bo Pigeon Neck Pillow Set (5 winners) ※Note: Benefit Xpress vouchers can be used at various stores, including Far Eastern Department Stores, Far Eastern SOGO Department Stores, Uni-President Department Stores, Taipei 101, Big City, Carrefour, RT-Mart, Watsons, WOWPRIME CORP., and 7-Eleven. Please refer to each store's website for details on usage.

4. Raffle Details: Each month, BOCA will conduct a raffle for travelers who completed the "Overseas Travel Registration" via the BOCA LINE Official Account before departure or while abroad during the previous month. Monthly winners will be posted on the BOCA website.

5. Winner Notification: BOCA’s LINE Official Account will send a notification to each winner’s LINE account. Do not block this account to ensure receipt. Winners must reply with their notification number and complete their real name, passport number, National ID number, email address, contact number, and mailing address. Winners must also upload travel documentation, including a photo of the e-ticket from the previous month showing name and travel details, passport information page displaying the National ID number, and an entry stamp from the previous month in a foreign country.

6. Forfeiture of Prize: Incomplete or incorrect information leading to undeliverable prizes or prizes returned by Chunghwa POST due to failure to claim within the time limit will

result in forfeiture. BOCA will not offer re-issue or compensation. Proof of winning must be verified by BOCA, and any incomplete, damaged, falsified, altered, duplicated, or expired proof will be invalid. 7. Prize Limitation: Each LINE account and individual is limited to receiving one prize per draw. Even if a person holds multiple LINE accounts, they may only claim one prize using their National ID number. No individual may receive multiple prizes within the same year.

8. Tax Obligations: For prizes valued over NT$1,000, winners must report and comply with relevant ROC income tax laws. BOCA will issue a written receipt for tax purposes, and winners must submit a copy of their National ID (front and back) for reporting purposes. If the winner is a minor, they must provide copies of their ID and that of their legal guardian. If the minor has no National ID, a copy of their household registration certificate (issued within the past 3 months) is required.

9. Delivery Area: Prizes will be sent via Chunghwa POST and can only be delivered to Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, Matsu, and other offshore islands.

10. Prize Exchange: Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

11. Personal Data Use: In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, personal information collected for this event will only be used for event purposes and will not be used otherwise.

12. Event Modification Rights: BOCA reserves the right to modify event terms and prizes without prior notice and to interpret or resolve any issues regarding this event. BOCA may cancel, suspend, or amend the event due to force majeure. Updates will be posted on the BOCA website if any changes occur.
