In accordance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, e-cigarettes are now fully banned. The legal smoking age has been raised to 20, and smoke-free areas have been expanded to include universities, kindergartens, and daycare centers. Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products all carry risks of second-hand and third-hand smoke exposure, along with cancer hazards.
