Gender-Inclusive Workplace (4-9)
To guide businesses and the general public in understanding the importance of a gender-inclusive workplace and to strengthen the willingness of the private sector to build such workplaces, the Labor Department of Taipei City Government has created a Gender-Inclusive Workplace Infographic and 9 animated short films titled " Look Up! The Great Company Rescue". These materials cover topics like fostering a gender-inclusive workplace, promoting work-life equality, recruiting diverse talent, and creating gender-equal organizational structures and systems, all with the goal of building a more gender-friendly work environment.
