2023 New Immigrant and Migrant Worker Native Language Picture Book Creation Empowerment Program (4-18)
From May 20 to July 2, 2023, one class will be held in each of the following areas: Taipei and New Taipei City, Taoyuan, and Hsinchu. Each class will enroll 20 students, with a total course duration of 30 hours. 12 outstanding works from the students will be selected rewarded.
