1. Taipei City After School for Fun Association
Taipei City After School for Fun Association is awarded for their new-immigrant native country culture series events. They collaborated with West Taipei Community Care Stronghold, recruited second generation new-immigrant volunteers, and continue to achieve the idea of community support.
2. Young Women's Christian Association of Taiwan
Young Women's Christian Association of Taiwan helped with the integration of social welfare program resources, and introduced counseling services to new immigrants. They provided children development counseling, youth after-school learning, and 33 family support programs. They also publish New Map for New Trips magazine telling the stories of new immigrants in Taiwan.

1. Taipei Orphan Welfare Foundation
Taipei Orphan Welfare Foundation is most notable for helping 33 single-parent new-immigrant households apply for social welfare. They also organize new-immigrant family activities from time to time, including choir, financial seminars, parent-child tea parties, and family camps. The foundation is known to provide friendly places that care for new immigrants and help develop social network.
2. Tseng Chuan-ta, Chief of Zhongpo Neighborhood, Xinyi District
Tseng Chuan-ta helped new immigrants apply for many social welfare programs, including facilitate the New Immigrants Dream Building Program, hosting new-immigrant seminar, and installing household fire alarm. Tseng also created Zhongpo new immigrant Line group that established a good communication network between new immigrants.
3. Hsia Wan-lang, Chief of Wangxi Neighborhood, Zhongzheng District
Hsia Wan-lang provided friendly living environment to new immigrant friends. He organized many events and activities including New Immigrants Homecoming, New Immigrant Classrooms, 2018 New-Immigrant Talent Show, and gardening classes.
4. Chiu Li-chiu, Datong Circle Community Development Association Director
Ms. Chiu Li-chiu organized many new immigrant activities, including health and rehabilitation classes for elderlies, Mother’s Day runway concert, 3D printing class, and computer programing for kids. She also provided friendly living environment to new immigrants, established assistive device leasing stations, and new-immigrant and elderly health consultation services. Ms. Chiu also collaborated with Rotary, and Lions Clubs International on the Cherish Food program, and on programs that send winter aid to the needy.
5. Shilin Fuzhou Community Development Association
Shilin Fuzhou Community Development Association organized new immigrant integration classes, Mother’s Day events, new immigrant runway fashion show, and riverside new-immigrant volunteer tour guide trainings with the aim to achieve sustainable development of the community.
6. Kuo Shu-ling, Chief of Hudong Neighborhood, Shilin District
Ms. Kuo Shu-ling assisted in the care of new immigrants by providing a program called Village Safety Box. She integrated public and private sectors to host multicultural events, including charity events during Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival. New immigrants were invited to participate in lottery drawing and singing events. These programs increased new immigrant confidence.
7. Shilin Hulu Temple Foundation
Shilin Hulu Temple Foundation provided new immigrant families with material aid, scholarship for 8 elementary and middle schools in Shezi. The Foundation established Japanese, flower arrangement, singing and calligraphy clubs. For the Guanyin Festival on the 70th anniversary of the Hulu Temple, the new-immigrant night event is organized for new immigrants. The foundation also sponsored Hulu Elementary School’s essay events organized by United Daily News to encourage new immigrant children.
