“Taipei Card” 2nd generation NHI card point collecting and redeeming services
1. Citizens with the household register in Taipei City can use EasyCard to apply for “Taipei Card” for free by visiting in person, Internet, or mail.
2. For the lower middle income, low income, indigenous peoples, new immigrants, and 0~6 pre-school children with household register in Taipei City, the citizens fill out “Taipei Card” consent application to apply by visiting in person, Internet, mail or authorization. After approval, one “Taipei Card” is issued for free (1 card per 1 person. No multiple issuance).
3. Places to apply: Taipei City Twelveth District Health Services Center, each location of Taipei City Hospital.
