To support new immigrants in adjusting to their new living environment, alleviating stress, and enhancing mental well-being, the Beitou District Office introduced the "New Immigrant Art Therapy Course" on September 10. This initiative provides local residents with avenues for emotional expression and emotional release, enabling participants to share their life experiences and journeys. Through artistic creation, new immigrants can express their thoughts and feelings, uncovering their unique identities.

The course is taught by Liu Yan-ling from the local art team And Fun Lab. Participants began the session by sharing the familiar flavors of their hometowns to

warm up. They then freely expressed their creativity using cellophane sheets, colored paper, and markers to create "their own faces," channeling their emotional pressures and rediscovering their self-worth.

This course offers not only a creative experience but also an opportunity for inner dialogue, assisting new immigrants in finding tranquility and strength in their new surroundings.
