The seminar was given by new-immigrant lecturers to staff of district offices and household registration offices. The lecturers helped the staff have a better understanding of multiculturalism, learned more about other cultures, and improved cultural sensitivity. For the lessons between Aug. 21 and 25 we invited Mai Yu-Hui (Vietnam), Huang Hsi-chun (Indonesia), Huang Pao-yun (Malaysia), Li Ju-yu (Thailand), and the CEO of The Pearl S. Buck Foundation Hsiao Hsiu-ling as the lecturers of the seminar.
