(3)Immigrants who have registered for marriage within one year.
(4)Those who have been introduced or evaluated for assistance (who are facing living hardships or difficulties in adapting, those who have asked for help and want to change their current circumstances, etc.)
2.Service content:
(1)Care service for individual cases: provide new immigrants with individual and family services, welfare consulting, parental education counseling and referrals of welfare service.
(2)Supportive service for new immigrant families: group cases, parental education, information introduction and lectures on rights protection while living in Taiwan, mutual support networks, training, community plans, after-class childcare, information education and so on.
(3)Welfare and telephone counseling
(4)Support network setup: combine a community's related service organizations and set up a support network for serving individual cases.
