The Creative Art Exhibition showcased works of new immigrant students from the New Immigrant Art Class hosted by Xinyi District Office. Instructor Liu Wei-hua, a new immigrant himself, and his students observed Taiwan’s architectures, culture, and ecosystem from the unique perspective of new immigrants. They used techniques such as sketching, zentangle, and clolored pencil drawing to display the achievements new immigrants had made by living fulfilling lives and growth from constant learning.
