Xinyi District Office New-Immigrant Vocal Class was established in 2017 and is under the leadership of teacher Chuang Hsin-yi. Since its establishment, the class is loved by new immigrant sisters and has a high participation rate. The class had been invited and performed on 2017 Immigrants' Day, 2018 Water Lantern Festival, and 2019 Xinyi District Office Mother's Day event. Students' beautiful voice earned high praises from their audiences.
